This organization totally misrepresented there abilities, they were great about collecting their fees, but did little for the client. Recently they sold this business to Charles Schwab, and just collected their bonuses, and let the accounts get ravaged by the sell off, after placing the bulk of the funds in USAA funds, the only actions taken were to buy shares higher and selling them low during loses $6-$7 a ...Show More

They've sold the brokerage to Schwab and their mutual funds to Victory. You are dealing with three separate entities who have problems communicating with each other. For example if you have and IRA in the bank, a mutual fund and in the brokerage you have to deal with three separate entities who are totally disorganized (spring 2020) to get you required distribution figure. They have sold their mutual fund portfolio to victory Capitol which purchased it with highly leverage debt. This is the beginning of the end customer service is starting to go south and their Brokerage Service will shortly be divested as well. Do buy the talking points ts crap the reason they are divesting is they aren't making enough money HOLD USAA IS NON PROFIT-go figure

The jury is stil out for me and USAA in terms of investments. My mutual funds are doing fairly well and so are my IRAs. Of course, that could change in a second. The most important thing when investing is the offerings, and I feel that they are pretty good here.

This place is good. They have a wide variety of investing accounts--so something for everyone. These include IRAs and ETFs and stocks and bonds. That being said, I really feel like they have enough to keep me occupied and motivated to keep investing.
