Refinancing through US Bank was fairly simple. We had a lot of communication with them, both in-person and via email. We had a lot of questions, which they were happy to answer. Currently in the refi process now. Started in July 2020 and still not completed as of mid-Nov with no end in sight. Their loan processing team is terrible and not very efficient. They continually ask for further documentation and they already hold the 1st Trust Deed on the property.
