avoid all Kroger connected cards, you will lose money, all Kroger is full of scam, fuel discount included. customer sevice is in east Asia (probably Philippines)

Had this deposit prepaid card for one year now, do not always get a text message about deposits, but get all histoties of debits, when you call to talk with someone at card services they are very abrumpt twist the words that you are asking, refuses to file disputes on your account about your deposits, very uncaring attitude, they talk fast, do not answer specific questions that you ask.p

The whole reason I switched from Green Dot was for the reward points. That stopped in May, just a reason to entice people I guess. Very disgusted, I used to shop at Kroger exclusively. I was a loyal customer for thr past 13 years, but with how I was treated with their debit card, I go out of my way to only shop at Walmart and Food Lion.

Provided all my correct information, received card in the mail, worked for most of one month, then was suddenly and wrongly deactivated. Had to deal with customer service that was extremely unhelpful other than giving me a number to fax information to. Even though my information was provided and was accurate the first time. Tried to use the card to pay a bill and it didn’t work. Was told by the customer service fools it was only good for purchases. Asked for a refund and was told 4 to 6 weeks.

The reload fee is $3.00 plus a $2.95 monthly fee. The card declines a lot and/or says that your pin is incorrect when you use debit as well. It's especially embarrassing when your card declines when you know there's money on it. I wouldn't recommend this card. These people are fraudulent. They tell you after the fact that there is a 'velocity' number so don't try to deposit more than a $1000 per day - they will return it.
