I was one day supposed to be late on my Mortgage payment and they left 3 separate messages that it was urgent that I call them. I called and the Collection Department Monica was rude and unwilling to help. In speaking to Member Services come to find out the payment was posted on Friday, September 23, 2022. Definitely will be looking for another credit union.
