Horrible,Horrible, Horrible do not use. Also, Jackson Hewlett should warn customers or at least advise us correctly to read the reviews before opting into using this card. But I get that JH retains a fee from AMEx for selling the card which is horrible.

There were unauthorized charges on my card last summer and they even snatched some of the money from my linked bank account. I've filed a dispute but gotten no refund - the folks at the customer service number were as helpful as they could be, but I'm thinking paperwork sent to P.O. box in Georgia (twice) went in the trash.

I put $300 on a prepaid pay-as-you-go card. It said it would be ready as soon as I put the money on it didn't need to register it. Used an ATM machine and money was not dispensed. Was given the money back, but when their “investigation” was over, they said the money was dispensed.
