I’ve been insured by NJM for over 40 years. The few claims made were settled promptly, without fuss - from cracked windshields to being hit while in line at a drive through window. Quick responses, help sent expeditiously, and claims fairly and promptly paid.

New Jersey Manufacturers are extremely difficult to deal with. My aunt has had them for 20 years. She is currently in my car and has stopped driving six months ago. NJM doesn't care at all about you when you get into an accident. I was rear ended at an angle, which in turn smashed my car into a pole. I sustained some injuries (nothing life threatening, but I was in the hospital for a while). This is one of those rare companies that really focuses on their customers.
