May or may not recommend
BECU was my first checking and savings company. I still use both and will as long as I can. The Secured card comes with no fees and helped me establish some good credit history. They have other options too for a cash back Visa and a more traditional Visa that seem to have great rates. I'll eventually be switching over to the cash back Visa card with them.
