This card was very easy to get approved for with little to no credit. There are no annual fees, and the cash back feature is INCREDIBLE!! It's also super easy to check and track your account with the app. I would definitely recommend this card to any college student!

Discover actually is a good credit card for not only me but also for most people I know lives in the USA because it has offers for people of all credit levels, and its cards all have $0 annual fees as well as rewards. But it is not widely used outside US, meaning that it doesn't partner with banks that help promote and distribute its products.

I had this DiscoverIt Student Cash Back card when I started college, about 10 years ago. It helped me build my credit. I also taught me that late payments are not good. I would definitely recommend this card for beginners that are trying to build credit.

I don't understand why a card specifically tailored for a student would require such a rigidly high credit score. My credit score was in the 600s and I still was not approved. Not a very student-friendly card, if you are looking for your first credit card I advise looking elsewhere.

This is a great first credit card. If your GPA is above 3.0 then you get 20$ in credit back on your card. It also makes it easy and free to track your credit score! Also there is no annual fee and no foreign transaction fee is you study aboard. 10/10 would recommend.

Double cash back is the biggest perk to this card for the first year of owning it along with very low interest rate are the best. It is easy to build your credit line with this card and the monthly cash back rotation is worth it because you can earn an extra $100. The drawback is not everywhere accepts discover.
