I carried a balance for a year while paying a huge tax bill. The process of doing so lowers my credit score. Finally got everything squared away and paid off Scheels to a 30% balance and they immediately lowered my line of credit to the 30%. Hmmmm how much interest did they make? Thanks allot. I’m closing the account. Never doing business again.
