Rewards are confusing and bank won't help with discrepancy. Customer service not existent. $99 fee not disclosed upon sign up. Had to cancel acct & s/w supervisor to get removed. Do not recommend.

Bank of America by far is the WORST bank ever when it comes to disputing the credit card charges. They would side with the dishonest merchants over their loyal customers. In my case, I canceled the order, but the merchant still sent me the item and I then promptly returned it as soon as I received it as proven by the tracking numbers on USPS.
