Cash Advance Fee is waived when you transfer funds electronically from your USAA credit card to your USAA Bank deposit account. The APR will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate. (note 3) DAV receives ten dollars for every new DAV USAA Rewards credit card account opened, one dollar for each renewal and 0.25% of each purchase (excluding refunds, returns, or cash and rewards points transactions). Verification of veteran is absolutely unacceptable!!! I tried to just get my available balance 4 days after USAA debitedmy auto checking account. The reperesentative pulled up the wrong ROBERT WAYNE STEPHENS - Unable to verify me. Then erased my access code ( BOBS CREDIT CARD ) THEN THE SYSTEM LOCKED ME OUT - WHAT A DAMN MESS.
