The company is pathetic. Got lens replacement surgery. For some reason they stopped taking out auto payments. I went online to figure it out and couldn't get on to my account. They are scam artists. My doctor recommended them, after months of paying off my dept I got hit with a $2000 interest charge with no warning. I did not realize they were holding off interest until a certain date and they did not send out ANY messaging to warm me. DO NOT USE.

Totally incompetent customer service. I sent multiple emails and made multiple calls due to bank error for my first payment. I had set up AUTOPAY in early June 2023 but it did not deduct the June payment. I was told the timing of AUTOPAY would show up on my credit card statement. They charged me interest even after I was told I didn’t have to until the end of my term and they don’t tell u when ur first payment is so that screws u over as well
