I was billed a fraudulent charge on 12/29/21. I disputed it immediately to Shop Your Way M/C customer service. I had been a customer for 49 years, starting with Sears. For months I tried to sign in to my account to pay my bill..I have reset password, called for help to no avail. I have to call it in by phone..I will be going to Sears store tomorrow and paying them in full and never intend to buy a thing from them again..Have shopped with them all my adult life and this is terrible..

This card is a nice an asset to have, the reward program is nice and can be beneficial. I was able to breeze through the application process. The website is easy to navigate and going paperless is a easy simple task. Monthly reminders of balance and minimum payment are very helpful.
