The credit score range is clearly set lower for a reason. I would much rather find another card with more perks, & less fees. Cards like this are like the rehab of cards, only for people who are at rock bottom with their credit score.

US Bank was good to me when I was young with bad credit, trying to start out. You do have fork out $200 at first but it’s still your money. And the fact that you can build your credit with this makes it easily worth that. You need credit to do anything out here and this card (if used wisely) can definitely help trying to fix the past or start ...Show More

This is a pretty solid secured credit card. This card is great if you've faced credit challenges in the past and are looking to rebuild your score. You can get approved with a fairly low initial credit score, and the fact that there's no annual fee is also a big help. The APR is a little high, but it's nothing out of the ordinary, especially for similar secured cards.
